This weekend was my cute grandmas 80th birthday. We had a big family dinner party for her.
We all wrote down our favorite memory of her and put it in a book and gave it to her.
She is such a fun lady! I could have filled up the whole binder with memories of her. We have always been really close and have done A LOT together. Some of my best memories are going to lunch and shopping At Penneys with her and my mom. We were like the 3amigos and it didn't get any better than that.

Say, we have shared lots of laughs together.
My most favorite memory of her is when we made my wedding cake. My grandma can make the best red velvet cake you'll ever taste. We sat in her little kitchen all day making all the different layers of cake. We laughed and talked all day long.
I remember sleeping over at her house and waking up to dark toast and pero for breakfast. One time we planted sweet peas by her back porch. It was so simple but so sweet. I can't walk past a row of sweet peas with out thinking of my cute grams.
She has always been a huge part of my life and a huge influence to me. She is such a kind person and a great example of unconditional love. She has a way of making you feel special no matter if you just met her or if you have known her your whole life. :).
She is such a special person to me and will always hold a place in my heart.
